Great Support

The old saying you get what you pay for rings true for this application. I will admit there is a significant learning curve to overcome in order to be proficient in its use. I have both the Mac and iphone version and use them on a regular basis. Not being a professional trader, the applications provide me with all the information I need and then some. The developer regularly updates the application and the features continue to grow at an impressive rate.

The best part of the application is the developer support. The support alone is worth the price. I have never experienced the level of customer support with any other product period. Questions are answered usually within hours and problems are 100% resolved. I had a problem related to my computer and the developer walked me through the resolution step by step. I cannot say enough about the support.
